We don't take just any practice. Here is how we operate to ensure there is a real fit.

Why do you prioritize a new website before ads?
Because sending paid traffic to a slow or generic website is burning money. First, we build infrastructure that loads in under a second and positions authority. Only then do we turn on the demand.
Why does your methodology have 'intentional friction'?
We don't use 1-click Meta Lead Forms because they attract garbage volume. We prefer to sacrifice volume for quality, forcing the prospect to demonstrate intent. Fewer leads, but ones that actually operate and actually pay.
Do I have to change my current management software?
No. Our CRM (Skala OS) handles exclusively the front end: acquisition, AI follow-up, and nurturing. Once the patient visits the practice and pays, you move them to your regular clinical software.
Why don't you accept any dental practice?
We only work with 4 practices per quarter in Miami-Dade, specifically those growing and specializing in high-ticket treatments (like implants). If your focus is cheap volume, our model won't work for you.
